Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. DoggitoUS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failure to claim it, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, DoggitoUS is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can help.
