Secure Checkout

All payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted checkout. DoggitoUS does not store your full card details on its servers.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

When You Are Charged

Payment is captured at the time your order is placed so we can begin processing. A temporary authorization hold may appear on your account before the final charge settles.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age, or that you are using this store with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are intended for adults purchasing pet-grooming tools, and minors may not place orders without supervision. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe was placed by a minor without consent.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be screened for fraud. We reserve the right to verify information, request additional confirmation, or cancel and refund any order that appears unauthorized, fraudulent, or high-risk.

Pricing Errors & Fees

In the rare event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order. We are not responsible for any bank, card, or third-party fees.
